Children's Books on Computer Architecture

Books Were Born Here

This year, we began publishing the university-level computer architecture textbook we’ve been working on for years as open source. Just then, I asked myself this question:

Why should we have to wait until college to learn about these concepts?

Children can understand that a chip is born from sand, that a transistor works like a door that opens and closes, and that computers describe the world in terms of zeros and ones. All it takes is explaining it at the right age, in the right language, and with a good story. “Prof. Dr. Oğuz Ergin”
